A limited number of yoga mats and blocks are free to use and Deluxe Prana mats are available for $3 rental. All classes are free for Monthly EFT and Annual members, $5 per class for Monthly PIF members and $10 per class for all other guests.
POWER VINYASA WITH MAKA

Join Maka in her power vinyasa yoga classes. A dynamic flow that incorporates stability, strength and coordination. Using the breath that will move through various postures and leave your body feeling rejuvenated from head to toe. Sweating with Make will get you warmed up and ready for the wall!
BEGINNER & INTERMEDIATE CLINICS
MONDAYS 6 - 7PM & 7 - 8PM
BEGINNER CLINICS are an introductory to bouldering. Classes will cover general gym rules, etiquette, fall techniques, how to spot, climbing terminology, how to navigate and read routes with basic climbing techniques.
INTERMEDIATE CLINICS take beginner climbers to the next level with their climbing capabilities! These classes focus on footwork, goal setting and strength development. Cody's classes will be limited to the first 5 who sign up so get in early and sign up at the front desk!
CORE WORKOUT WITH JOSH M.
MONDAYS 8 - 8:30PM
Engage your core to elevate your climbing! Join us for a 30min Core Workout class taught by Josh. The class will incorporate static and dynamic exercises and utilize Bosu balls, TRX and partner workouts to get your core in shape. These class sizes are limited to 12 (first come, first serve) and a limited number of basic yoga mats will be provided.
RAJA YOGA WITH Stephanie
THURSDAYS 7 - 8PM
Raja yoga focuses on the unity of the mind, body and spirit. It's considered to be the royal path to mindfulness and self-realization through meditation along with an intentional physical movement. Climbing applies the same focus! Elevate your climbing experience with every Raja Yoga flow through Stephanie.
GIRL POWER HOUR WITH Bela
FRIDAYS 6 - 7PM & 7 - 8PM
Join women teaching other women to be stronger and more technical with climbing! Structured with flexibility on what we want to learn together during our "Girl Power Hour." Each class will cycle through the basics of climbing fundamentals, terminology, footwork, technique and drills that you can continue to do on your own time or with other women.
