A limited number of yoga mats and blocks are free to use and Deluxe Prana mats are available for $3 rental. All classes are free for Monthly EFT and Annual members, $5 per class for Monthly PIF members and $10 per class for all other guests.

Join Lucero with her clinic to strengthen your core and more! Each clinic will work to balance all muscle groups' strength & flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Pilates is a challenging, yet safe, method to sculpt your body to feel increased agility in your every day movements and in your climbs.

GIRL POWER WORKOUT . FRIDAYS 6:30 - 7PM
BEGINNER CLINICS are an introductory to bouldering. Classes will cover general gym rules, etiquette, fall techniques, how to spot, climbing terminology, how to navigate and read routes with basic climbing techniques.
GIRL POWER WORKOUT clinic features women teaching other women to be stronger and more technical with climbing! Structured with flexibility on what we want to learn together during our "Girl Power Workout." Each class will cycle through the basics of climbing fundamentals, terminology, footwork, technique and drills that you can continue to do on your own time or with other women.
CLIMBER'S RECOVERY WITH MACHELLE
TUESDAYS 8 - 8:30PM
Did you know that one of the secrets to great climbing is an effective warm up and cool down? Do you get to the gym and do you start climbing right away? Do you leave the climbing gym when you know you should stretch and cool down? Join Machelle and learn effective mobility exercises, corrective stretches, and myofascial release techniques. Each class will also include restorative yoga postures and poses to aid in recovery from the rigors of climbing. Your next climbing session will thank you!
INTERMEDIATE CLINICS WITH CODY
THURSDAYS 6 - 7PM
Join Cody in his Intermediate Clinic which takes beginner climbers to the next level with their climbing capabilities! These classes focus on footwork, goal setting and strength development. Cody's classes will be limited to the first 5 who sign up so get in early and sign up at the front desk!
ADVANCED CLIMBING CLINICS WITH CODY
THURSDAYS 7 - 8PM
Feeling up for the challenge in pushing yourself even further in climbing? Cody's Advanced Climbing Clinic would be perfect for you! If you've already taken both of his Beginner & Intermediate Climbing Clinics and/or are versed in your climbing terminology & techniques, but need pointers in climbing stronger, head over to our front desk and sign up for a spot!
This Advanced clinic will remain small (3-5 participants first come, first serve) so that Cody can work one-on-one with each participant. If this clinic is all filled up he is offering a second session the same night at 7-8pm.
