Join Lucero with her clinic to strengthen your core and more! Each clinic will work to balance all muscle groups' strength & flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Pilates is a challenging, yet safe, method to sculpt your body to feel increased agility in your every day movements and in your climbs.

BEGINNER CLIMBING CLINIC: Join Nancy in this introductory to bouldering clinic. Each class will cover general gym rules along with etiquette, fall technique, how to spot, climbing terminology, how to navigate and read routes.
INTER/ADVANCED CLIMBING CLINIC: Feeling up for the challenge to push yourself even further in climbing? Nancy's Inter/Advanced Climbing Clinic would be perfect for you! Join her on Thursdays for more supplemental cross-training. She will focus on giving you the knowledge to train during your days off the wall to take your climbing to the next level. Each class focuses on footwork, goal setting and strength development.
CLIMBER'S RECOVERY WITH MACHELLE
TUESDAYS 7:30 - 8:30PM
Injured? Stiff? Tired? Sore? Did you know that one of the secrets to great climbing is an effective warm up and cool down? Do you get to the gym and do you start climbing right away? Do you leave the climbing gym when you know you should stretch and cool down? Join Machelle and learn effective mobility exercises, corrective stretches, and myofascial release techniques.
Classes will begin with slow gentle movements followed by vinyasa sequences that will develop strength, stamina, and flexibility. Each class will include various yin and restorative yoga postures that focus on finding stillness and conscious rest. Yin and restorative yoga postures help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and gently stretch deep muscle and connective tissues close to the bones and joints.
Classes include verbal instruction, hands-on adjustments, demonstrations and basic principles of yoga philosophy. Come experience Climbers Recovery Bliss! Leave feeling invigorated, nourished, refreshed, peaceful and balanced.
GIRL POWER HOUR WITH JORI
FRIDAYS 6 - 7PM
This Girl Power Clinic features women teaching other women to be stronger and more technical with climbing! Each session with Jori will cycle through the basics of climbing fundamentals, terminology, footwork, technique and drills that you can continue to do on your own time or with other female crushers!
